The recipe for Momma's Old-Fashioned Applesauce was created in Indiana, by my mom, over 30 years ago. She was a pioneer in making delicious, healthy foods that my brother, sister and I would eat, but were healthier than the sweets and prepared foods other kids were eating. Soon Momma's applesauce was enjoyed by our friends and neighbors because of its unique flavor and smooth texture. It was like eating dessert with every meal. We still argue over who is allowed to "finish off" the rest of the bowl. Please enjoy, and we would appreciate your feedback.
